  1. Submit Your Inquiry & Requirements

    • Send us your tech packs, design sketches, reference images, or logo files.

    • Specify details such as fabric type, color combinations, sizing ratios, quantities, and desired delivery timelines.

  2. Receive Price Quotation & Consultation

    • Our team reviews your details and provides a clear, competitive quotation including unit prices and estimated shipping fees.

    • We consult with you on fabric choices, customization techniques (sublimation, screen printing, embroidery), and cost optimization.

  3. Sample Creation & Mockup Approval

    • We prepare digital 3D mockups for visual confirmation.

    • Upon request, we manufacture physical pre-production samples so you can inspect quality, fit, and craftsmanship before bulk manufacturing.

  4. Order Confirmation & Deposit

    • Review final sample images, specifications, and invoices.

    • Confirm the order by submitting the agreed deposit to initiate bulk production.

  5. Bulk Production & Quality Inspection

    • Raw materials are sourced, cut, stitched, and customized by skilled workers.

    • In-house Quality Assurance (QA) inspectors examine every batch at each production phase to ensure error-free manufacturing.

  6. Final Payment & Worldwide Shipping

    • Upon completion, we send high-resolution images or video clips of your finished order.

    • Once the balance payment is cleared, your shipment is dispatched via trusted express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or air/sea cargo.
